LingoAula is a personal language-learning tool. We provide the app, lessons, and practice features. Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, and practice — not on any promise from us.

1. Introduction
This Disclaimer explains the limits of LingoAula’s service and content. By using the app or website, you acknowledge these limits.
2. Educational tool only
LingoAula helps you practice languages for personal study and general language development. It is not:
- a university, school, or accredited academic program;
- an official language certificate or diploma;
- a substitute for formal education or professional training;
- affiliated with IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, ministries of education, or any exam board — unless we explicitly say so in writing (we do not currently claim any such affiliation).
3. No certificates
Completing lessons, courses, streaks, or progress inside LingoAula does not grant an official certificate, degree, license, or qualification recognized by any government, university, or employer — unless we announce a specific certified program in clear official materials (none is offered by default).
4. Learning outcomes depend on you
We provide the tool and content. You are responsible for how you use them. We do not guarantee:
- fluency or mastery within a fixed time;
- passing any exam or interview;
- specific grades, scores, or career results;
- the same progress for every user.
Outcomes vary by prior level, daily practice, device use, internet connection, and personal circumstances.
5. Content accuracy
We aim for useful and careful materials. Translations, examples, and explanations may vary by dialect or context, and mistakes can happen. Report issues via Support. Fixing reported issues does not create a warranty of perfection.
6. Technical limits
The app on iOS and Android (and this website) may slow, pause, change, or become unavailable due to connectivity, maintenance, store/platform updates, device limits, or factors outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Purchases and stores
Payments and refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled primarily by Apple or Google under their rules. Dissatisfaction with learning progress alone is not a promise of a developer-issued refund.
8. External links
Third-party sites or store pages have their own policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, downtime, differing learning results between users, exam or job outcomes, or decisions you make based on app content. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected. More detail is in the Terms of Use.
